This question was the inspiration for our quest to Reinvent Real Estate Investments for investors around the world. How do we let some investors reinvest their returns without tax consequences, while simultaneously allowing some investors to maintain their cash distributions?

All while maintaining a reasonable risk/return profile, during good times and bad times?

Rather than try to offer investors both income and growth with a single leveraged equity offering, our team is creating two separate funds: an equity fund and a debt fund.

By raising two distinct funds our team will be providing investment products that focus on meeting specific investment objectives.

Long term, programmatic, growth investors will enjoy our equity offering, and;

Income investors will prefer our long term, consistent and reduced risk debt offering.

In addition, by providing liquidity, our investors can tailor their investment horizons to their own needs without having to wait for the fund exit strategy.
